LTD "The Managing Company "Senator" works at the office real estate market since 2003. The main type of the company's activity is managing the network of the Business Centers "Senator", namely owners endowing by forming out the objects, managing technical exploitation and the Business Centers "Senator" maintenance.
Now there are 20 Business Centers "Senator", by the overall area 250 000 sq.m.
The Business Centers of the "Senator" network are located in the most prestigious and convenient areas of the city, with well-developed infrastructure and transport proximity. Besides managing it's own objects, the Managing Company "Senator" renders consultative services for foreign organizations on questions of property management.
