Rental conditions

Network of business centers, "Senator" offers to rent offices on favorable terms.

The rent includes:

rent fee
maintenance of buildings
utilities
cleaning the common areas
using a lift
building security
18% VAT

Separate charges:

Parking
Phone *
Internet *
cleaning of office space **
garbage disposal

* Telephone lines and Internet access to tenants of the business centers is provided by the operator, "Senator Telecom."

** Cleaning the rented premises is proceeded by a cleaning company. The cost of cleaning depends on the frequency.

Lease payments:

Accrual of rent made since the signing of the Acceptance
Lease payments are made monthly in advance by the 10th day of each month
The first payment is made for the first and the last 2 months rent

Additional partitions, finishes, electric power, furniture are paid by the tenant, in agreement with the lessor after the submission of the draft (specification). The signing of the contract occurs after all terms.
